Mildred Nichol Obituary
Mildred (Glass) Nichol, age 94, died on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, after a long illness.
Mildred was made comfortable and surrounded by the staff at Lebanon Health & Rehab. in Lebanon, TN, who had become her extended family.
Mildred is survived by her three children, Julia Deardorff (Clinton), Robert Tyler Nichol (Kathy), Pamela Lammers (Dan),
Six grandchildren, Ten GreatGrandchildren and One GreatGreatGrandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Florida Glass, two brothers, a beloved grandson, Daniel Lammers and her ex-husband, Robert Wendel Nichol.
Mildred Nichol was a life-long resident of Nashville, TN., born in Nashville and living in Donelson, Old Hickory and Hermitage.
She spent spent many years working in Nashville, including years working in the Iris Room at Cain Sloan, McQuiddy Office Designers and Hermitage Hallmark Shop, where she worked well into her 80's.
Ellis Funeral Home, Nashville, is in charge of the cremation. A natural burial of her cremated remains is planned for family members in early Spring at Larkspur Conservation at Taylor Hollow, Westmoreland, TN.
