Bethel Goad Obituary
Bethel Herman Goad Jr. (DUKE), of Nashville, TN passed away January 23, 2016, at the age of 70.
He is preceded in death by parents Bethel Herman Sr. & Susie Goad, wife Alice Joyce Goad, brothers: Louis, Moe & Jimmy Goad, and sisters Wilma Jean Harris, Gertie Hartley and Lola Goad.
He is survived by his special friend Leighann Maples, son Mark Allen Goad, daughters Lucinda Goad and Barbara Elaine Faulk & husband Scotty, brothers Howard & Bill Goad, sister Marie Frazier, grandchildren Timothy, Hunter and Patrick, and his beloved dogs Zoey Goad and Elvis Faulk.
In honor of Duke's life, the family will have a visitation for friends and loved ones Tuesday, January 26, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel, with Roan Crain officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Garden.
