Sherry Carter Obituary

Sherry Lynn Carter, of Lascassas, TN, passed away December 7, 2018, at the age of 57. Sherry was a loving person, who never met a stranger. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and doting grandmother, who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph & Eva Hunter and sister Eva Brake. Sherry is survived by her husband George L. Carter III, son Billy (Brittany) Carter, daughter Amanda (Dale) Carter, sisters Teresa (Thomas) Defore, Terrie Stewart, and Anita Taylor, and grandchildren: Hayden Jones, Micah Carter, Brian Cole, Ariana Carter, Rosie Carter, Jaleesa Carter, BJ Jr. Carter, Chevy Carter, and Cameron & Janessa Waddey.

In honor of Sherry's life, the family will have Visitation, Tuesday, December 11, 2018, from 10:00 a.m., until the time of Service at 2:00 p.m., in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel.
