Sandra Redden Obituary
Sandra Lee Lombardo Redden of Madison TN passed away on January 7, 2020, in Nashville TN. Sandra was born in Corning, New York on October 4, 1957, to Carl and Shirley Cronk. She graduated from Addison Central School in 1975. Her early years were spent as a CNA. Sandy loved working with elderly patients; she had little pet names for each one of them and gave freely of her big heart. Her most rewarding years were those she dedicated to her three beloved children during the years of early motherhood. Her final years were spent with her soulmate and husband Ken.
She leaves behind her husband Ken Redden of Madison TN, two sons, Eugene Snyder of Nashville TN, Christopher (Veronica) Snyder of Cape Coral Fl. stepchildren; Jeremiah (Summer) Redden of Chattanooga TN, Samuel (Christen) Redden of Chattanooga TN, nine grandchildren: Chelsea, Logan, Parker, Coby, Laney, Eva, Emma Sue, Callie Grace, and Luke; one great-grandchild, Jamen. Sandra was pre- deceased by her daughter, Michelle Cook in 2019; her parents, Carl and Shirley Cronk, one brother, Gordon Cronk and father in law, Jerry Redden. Surviving Sandra are three sisters, Gail (Dale) VanEtten of Smyrna TN, Charlene (Anthony) Carapella of Campbell NY, Becky (Jim) Abernathy of Smyrna TN, mother-in-law, Emma Sue Redden of Memphis TN, brother-in-law Steve (Belinda) Redden of Memphis TN, sister-in-law, Susan Taylor of Chattanooga TN.
Visitation and a celebration of Sandra's life will be held at Ellis Funeral Home, 2627 Nolensville Pike, Nashville TN 37211 on Saturday, January 18, 2020, 3:00 - 5:00 P.M. A private burial will take place at a later date, in Woodhull NY. Memorial Donations may be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St., Nashville TN 37203
