Patrick Forte Obituary
Patrick Graham "Pat" Forte, age 66, died on July 6, 2019 in Manchester, TN.
A native of Nashville, he was born on October 8, 1952 and was the son of Earl Eugene Forte and Mary Phillips Forte.
He graduated from Father Ryan High School where he was voted "Most Handsome" and graduated with honors from Memphis State. He worked for several years with Danny Davis and the Nashville Brass and toured the world.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Earleen Forte, and brothers Earl Eugene "Sonny" Forte and Michael Vincent "Mike" Forte.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Darleen Thomas Forte, nephews, Stephen Forte, Michael Forte, David Forte and a niece, Donna Forte Tomlinson.
