Survived by his wife Janet Norris Russell abd son Ricky Lee Russell. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 11:00 am at Ellis Funeral Home with burial to follow in Middle Tennessee State Veteran's Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 13, 2014 from 3:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home.
