Mazie David Harper was born in Nashville, TN on Monday, October 8, 1928 to the late James
Benjamin Ford and Myrtle Irene McCormick. After 88 years of life, Mazie passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016, in the comfort of her home.

Preceded in death by her parents James Benjamin Ford and Myrtle Irene McCormick.

She is survived by daughters Diana Clark, Joyce Gayle Pedigo, one brother, one sister, 5 grandchildren and 9 grandchildren.

The family will have a visitation Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A Graveside service will follow at Joelton Hills Memory Garden in Joelton, TN.
