Lorelle Spry Coursey

Lorelle Spry Coursey, age 93 of Nashville. Our precious mother left this earth to be with her Heavenly Father on March 21, 2019. She left the family she so loved with memories to last a lifetime. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Coursey, parents George and Jimmie Spry, brother, Earl Spry, sister Lucille Spry Smith. Survived by brother, George Spry Jr. (Carole), daughters, Carolyn Wood (Bill), Connie Whitley (Bob), Cathey Bissinger (Mark), five grandchildren: Micky Merryman (Mark), Mitchan Kingsmill, Grant Baker, Josh Bissinger, and Caleb Bissinger, and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. Coursey is retired from the Davidson County Court Clerks office. She is a member of the Gladstone Church of Christ.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at Ellis Funeral Home, with Dennis Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2019.

The family would like to thank the nurses and caregivers of The Bridge, Somerby, and NHC Franklin for the love and care they showed their mother.
