Leona Luttrell Obituary
Leona, age 71, of Old Hickory, TN was called home on Oct 4, 2020 at her daughter's home surrounded by her family. Leona was born December 29, 1948 in Hartville, Ohio to the late Joseph & Sara Coblentz.
Raised Amish, she had a lifelong love of the simple joys in life. She collected cookbooks and lovingly made many amazing meals for her family. Leona was highly creative and loved to make jewelry, and later in life took up painting, creating several "masterpieces" that will be cherished forever. Despite her many hobbies and interests, it was her family and friends that brought her the most joy.
She is survived by one daughter, Angela (Rush) Payton, two granddaughters: Arianna (Jeremy) Baker and Jasmine Shields, and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Elmer (Barb) Coblentz, two sisters Edna Curtis and Erma (Abraham) Weaver. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Joseph, Alvin, and Lee & three sisters, Rachel, Freida, and Esther.
Memorial service held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 10, 2020, at The Point Church in Russellville, KY.
