JT Taylor Obituary
JT Ledmon "Sharp" Taylor of Nashville, TN, passed away August 16, 2017, at the age of 86. Sharp was born in Hopkinsville, KY on April 14, 1931.
Sharp was a horseman, loved children, and never met a stranger. He was a truck driver for about 30 years and got along with anyone who crossed his path.
Sharp is preceded in death by his father Lum Taylor, mother Cora Watson, wife whom he dearly loved Eula Taylor, brothers Lum Taylor and Willie "Ed" Taylor, and sister Judy Hosale.
He is survived by his daughter Tina (Rickey) Taylor, special nephew Jack (Lisa) Taylor, special niece Joyce (JD) Hoyt, several more nieces and nephews, and three grandchildren: Nikki Taylor, Michael Scott, and Jeffrey Scott.
In honor of Sharp's life, the family will have a Visitation Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 10am to 12:30pm, with Service to follow at 12:30pm, in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1:30pm.
