John (Flip) Flippo, 60 years old of Nashville, TN, died Sunday August 23rd 2015 in his home.
Born September 2nd, 1954 in Fort Campbell Kentucky to James Sherman Flippo Jr. and Lora Fern (Roberts) Flippo.
Married to Connie (Jackson) Flippo on October 22, 2001 in Nashville.
Worked for Andrews Cadillac in Brentwood TN for approx 20 years.
His wife, daughter, step-sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the light of his life.
He truly enjoyed his pets, was a great prankster, and collecting and trading football cards was his great passion.
Preceded in death by his beloved father James Sherman Flippo Jr, and his Uncle Norman Flippo.
Survived by his precious wife Connie Flippo, cherished daughter Mandy (Johnny) Simon, and 2 Step-sons Stephen (Melissa) Leaman, Matthew Leaman, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Also survived by his adoring mother Fern Flippo, his brother Dale (Sarah) Flippo, his treasured baby sister Wanda (Richard) McCrannie, and a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday August 30th 2015 from 2-4 pm at the Roller-Christeson Funeral Home in Harrison, AR.
