Homer Burgess Obituary
Homer "Johnny" Burgess of Nashville, Tennessee passed away at the age of 75. He is preceded in death by his father and mother John and Addie Burgess, son, William Gerald Burgress, brother Ralph Burgess.
He is survived by his wife Mary Darlene Burgess, sons Gary Neil Burgess and J.T. Burgess, daughter Jeanine Isdell, and step-children: Kim Fulghum, Jeff Bennett, and Kelly Compton. He is also survived by his three brothers: William Floyd Burgess, John Lloyd Burgess, and Ricky Burgess, two sisters: Ann Vester and Patricia Keith, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3pm until 8pm Tuesday May 12, 2020 at Woodfin Funeral Home in Smyrna,TN with funeral services at 6pm. William Brown will be officiating.
Military Honors will be 12pm Wednesday, May 13,2020 at Ellis Funeral Home Nashville, TN. Burial will follow at 2pm at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery on McCory Lane.
