Douglas Herd Obituary

Douglas Calvin Herd Sr. of Nashville, TN, died July 4, 2015 at the age of 87. He is preceded in death by his parents George Patrick Herd and Ollie Louise Ellis. He is survived by his wife Mary Herd, son Douglas C. (Darline) Herd Jr., and daughters, Marcia (Paul) Brown and Cheryl Herd.
The family will have a visitation for friends and loved ones on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Sharp officiating. Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Garden.
