Cecelia Goodwin Obituary
Cecelia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her family with all her heart. She loved to sew, making all her kids clothes. She was well known for her homemade biscuits, chocolate chip cookies and cakes. Cecelia was loved by all who knew her. She always had a smile you couldn't help but love. Although She lived the majority of her life in Tennessee, her heart was full blown Texan.
Cecelia Jo Burris Goodwin Brentwood TN, passed away March 19, 2020. Survived by 5 Children Tommy Goodwin - Murchison, TX, David (Georganne) Goodwin - Brentwood, TN, Tim Goodwin - Merritt Island, FL, Kathy (Gilbert) Jakes- Murfreesboro, TN, Jean Crance - Madison, TN, 13 grandchildren,13 great grandchildren plus l coming in September, and several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Rev Earl Goodwin, two Daughters Lydia Ann Goodwin and Linda Elizabeth Goodwin, parents Henry V. Burris and Lydia Irene Burris, sister Lucinda (Cindy) Bellis, brother Henry Miles Burris, and son-in-law- Harry Crance.
In memory of Cecelia's life a graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Monday March 23rd at 2PM.
