Phyliss Thomas Obituary
Phyliss Arlene Thomas was born on March 12, 1936 in Butte, Montana. On July 17, 2015, Phyliss passed away after 79 great years of life while surrounded by her family in Smyrna, TN. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence & Elizabeth Ouellette and brother Bob Ouellette.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Richard J. Thomas, sons David E. (Sharon) Thomas, Brian (Tina) Thomas, and Richard J. (Jackie) Thomas, daughter Dianna L. (Caye) Thomas, brothers, Gary Brookins and Clarence Ouellette, and her grandchildren: Erika, Grant, Rebecca, David, and Tristan.
In honor of Phyliss's life, the family will have a visitation at Ellis Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. with Scott Weaver officiating. The interment will follow at the Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers include: Richard & son Grant, Dave & son David, and Brian & son Tristan.
