Journie Jayde Taylor was born on March 19, 2016, and passed away on June 4, 2016, in Nashville, TN, at 11 weeks old.
She is preceded in death by great grandfather AJ Stones, great-grandparents Floyd & Mary James, her uncle Tristan Taylor, and cousin Brisan Escue.
She is survived by her parents Justin Taylor & Brittany Fontana, grandparents Christopher and Loretta Taylor, and Jimmy and Kathy Johnson, great-grandparents Howard & Anita Johnson and Delores Duncan, sisters Jaycie and Kyleigh Fontana, brother Elijah Taylor, aunt Kaylia (Joseph) Escue, uncle Bo (Heather) Johnson, cousins Miracle Escue, Kaylyn Escue, and Gage Johnson, and loving family and friends.
In honor of Journie's life the family will have a visitation Wednesday, June 8, 2016, from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home. She will lie in state at the Full Gospel Mission Church on Thursday, June 9, 2016, from 10:00a.m. until the time of service at 2:00p.m., with Bro. Joe Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations for services through Ellis Funeral Home.
