Hazel Fralick Obituary

Hazel Fralick, age 90 of Nashville, died January 12, 2015 at her home in Nashville. Her family will always remember her as a plain spoken lady with a firecracker personality.
She is preceded in death by a daughter Sherrie Ann Leslie. Survivors include a daughter Lana and son in law, Wilbur E. Donald Jr., eight grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 11:00 am until time of funeral services at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Harpeth Hills Cemetery.
