Ellis Funeral Home, Nashville, TN

Our Roots Run Deep...

In 1949, Mr. Clarence Ellis founded what is known today as Ellis Funeral Home. Mr. Ellis operated the funeral home until his death. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Green became managers and then later, owners of Ellis Funeral Home. They remained there until their retirement. Bob and Connie Whitley became owners of Ellis Funeral Home and continue the family tradition. Ellis Funeral Home is one of the oldest and most trusted funeral homes in Nashville. Over the years we have served and gained the trust of many families, becoming well known for personalized service, friendliness and openness to the community. Our history is built on trust, integrity, and pride. We are truly one of the few funeral homes left where our family takes care of your family.
